My Simple Process to Get Started

As a busy entrepreneur, I know that your time is money. That is why my streamlined 4-step process listed below, is the easiest and stress-free way for us to get started on our working relationship.

OUR INITIAL DISCUSSION

Step 1

I want to know more about your business and how your exciting business ideas have come about. I prefer to nurture and grow long-term client relationships and this initial call will help us to start evaluating if we can build a long-term foundation for success.

FORMALITIES

Step 2

We will be working very closely together, and of course, it is always good to make sure that everything is done in writing for both of our safety. I will guide you through my brief contract and NDA. Everything in my business is done to protect my clients.

PAYMENT PROCESS

Step 3

As a Virtual Assistant, I invoice my clients for each month ahead for my services. I will provide you with a formal invoice prior to moving forward in the process. I work via EFT. Should we continue working together on a month-to-month basis, invoices will be sent out to be paid on the 1st of every new month.

ONBOARDING

Step 4

The fastest way for me to learn your current processes and preferences is for us to set up an online call as soon as possible prior to getting started. Don’t worry if you don’t really have any current systems or processes in place, this is exactly why you are hiring me as your Virtual Assistant.

FAQs

There are no hidden fees with my services. My packages include my time, services and tasks provided for my clients. Please note that I do not pay for any additional expenses that the clients might require, for example: systems, programs, licenses or any other costs that a client may require while I assist you.

Due to the fact that I serve various clients at any given time, I cannot provide potential clients with an exact time that tasks will be performed for you. My usual turnaround time is 24 hours. Of course I am an absolute professional when it comes to time management, and you can rest assured your tasks will be taken care of on time.

Please note that as a standard, a Virtual Assistant does not work in-person or in-office due to the nature of work being online. Also due to COVID19 all my meetings and client calls get done online using either, Skype or Zoom.us or any other alternative.

The reasoning behind having 5 retainer package options for my clients is so that there is the flexibility to start on a package that suits your needs and budget and then also the ability to upgrade if you feel that you are ready for me to take on more hours for you. Please note that in this scenario unused hours do not roll over into the new month, however, there is flexibility to downgrade or upgrade packages as you see the need.

Please note that I sign Non-Disclosure agreements with all my clients. Therefore, I do not disclose any of the work or tasks that I have completed for other clients. I do however have a list of credible references that I can provide to you, should you request this.
